At Perfect Property Relocation we aim to assist you in the entire process of relocation and to make moving an enjoyable experience.

After an initial chat we will arrange to meet with you at a venue of your choice, be it near your home, or in the area you are wishing to relocate to. We will have a more detailed discussion, regarding the type of property you are looking for, and other aspects of your life which will affect your decision, such as the need to be near a mainline station or other transport links.

We can discuss interests which you wish to pursue following relocation to the wonderful area of Kent or East Sussex and if you have children we will be happy to share our knowledge of local schools with you. Should you decide you are happy to find your own home, but would like some advice regarding schools in the area, or to speak to parents with children in those schools, we are happy to make the relevant appointments, and introductions, and can offer a school advisory service on a stand alone basis

Following our meeting we will source details as required on an appropriate number of properties.

After an initial viewing by ourselves, undertaken on your behalf, if you wish, we will arrange appointments for you to view properties that meet your criteria, arrange visits to schools, as desired, and provide an orientation tour of your chosen area, or one which we feel we would like to recommend, based on your criteria.

At Perfect Property Relocation we understand the choices available may be overwhelming so we will not limit the number of properties we show to you, and will be happy to extend an orientation tour to meet your requirements.

The Personal Touch

The proprietor of Perfect Property Relocation, Lilli, has experienced the challenges of relocating to the area in recent years, and we look forward to sharing our wealth of experience with you.

We are both proud to live in Kent, and have children at schools in both Kent and East Sussex, and hope that if you choose to relocate to Kent or East Sussex yourselves, that we may ease the process for you and help you enjoy your move.

We believe that the process of relocation is about much more than finding a house.

We believe that when undertaking a large step in life, like relocating, that our role is best fulfilled by helping to make your house a home, and your move as seamless as possible.

Should you decide relocation to Kent or East Sussex will involve a project, we will also be happy to provide you with details of local tradesmen, historic buildings consultants, and interior designers, who are known to us, used by us, tried and tested.

Moving In

We will ease your settling in by providing a relocation information pack when you move to your new home, giving details of the small things which make life easier, like where your nearest shops are, when bins are collected, how recycling should be sorted, and ensuring the council have provided you with the correct means to do this. We will include details you may hope not to need, such as where your nearest A&E department are, and other information such as that on local amenities. We hope to provide any information which may often take a lot longer to gather when moving home.

If you wish we are happy to assist further by ensuring utilities are connected on move in day and are happy to provide an extra pair of hands at that time, by making tea for the removal men, or helping with child care or unpacking.
